RUNE SWASTIKA
The powerful Runic Swastika symbol is thousands of years old. It dates back to the Neolithic period (5000-6000 BC)
Because the National Socialist Party of Germany during WWII it has put a stigma on it and all other uses of the Swastika for ever.
But it remains widely used in Indian religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.
The word 'Swastika' is derived from the Sanskrit word Svastika meaning 'good luck' or 'well being'.
The Swastika is essentially an Indian philosophical thought that Hitler wanted to associate with since he idealized Aryan ideology. Aryan culture has been in India for more than 5000 years.
Swastikas are also know as the Fylflot, the Sun Wheel and the Sun Cross.
It is a very powerful runic symbol. There are mirror image forms described as clockwise and counter clockwise.
The symbols ancient history appears continually as artifacts from Indo-European Cultures such as Indo-Aryan, Persian, Hittites, Slavs, Celts and Greeks.
Swastikas have been found on pottery In archaeological digs in Ancient Kush, Bolsena Italy, the Northern Caucuses and Afghanistan.
The Swastika is a sacred symbol in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Mithraism and Shamanism
Billions of people all over the world are familiar with and worship this sacred holy symbol.
In Hinduism the Swastika represents Brahma. Facing west is the evolution of the universe. Facing East is the involution of the universe.
The Swastika can be found on the doorsteps of apartments in India. It is considered very sacred and holy. Same as crosses and Star of Davids are.
In Buddhism the symbol is used in art and scripture and represent dharma or universal harmony.
The Swastika appears on the chest of some statues of Gautama Buddha.
Jainism puts a Swastika symbol in all its temples and holy books.
In Japan, the Swastika is called MANJI and is used as a family coat of arms.
It is found on Greek helmets dating 350-325 BC. On the tower of Armenian Fortresses of the 10th century.
The Swastika shape also called a Fylflot appears on various Germanic and Viking age artifacts.
The Swastika shape was used by some Native Americas, notably by the Navajo. They wore it on their college basketball uniforms.
The Swastika is on the Finnish Order of the White Rose and on the flag on the president of Finland. The Finnish air force continues to use s Swastika as its emblem.
The Benedictine Choir School at Lawlee Abbey, Upper Austria (Hitler attended there as a youth) has a Swastika chiseled into the monastery portals.
In Iceland the Swastika is still used a a logo.
The Swastika was the divisional insignia of the US 45th Infantry Division till the late 1930's.
The Theosophical Society uses a Swastika as part of its seal.
The Odinic Rites claim the 'Fylflot' as a holy symbol of Odinism.
Rudyard Kipling used the Swastika on the covers of his books.
The Swastika is considered to be very holy and sacred by billions of people outside the United States.
